This picture is my visual study and interpretation of the opposite mysterious and majestic astrophysical phenomena: black and white holes. The white hole, unlike the black one, does not absorb matter, including light, with its gravitational field, but takes away only darkness.
A strong compositional contrast, the contradistinction between dark and light, develops the idea embodied in the picture. Energy and light are transmitted thanks to confident strokes that go beyond the two-dimensional space of the canvas, continuing emotional development of the picture.
I focused on the emotions that the canvas evokes: a hypnotic whirlwind of light, which, depending on the viewer's gaze, can become both the energy of light and the energy of darkness.
